we accept return requests within 14 days of delivery and exchange requests within 30 days of delivery.

to be eligible for a return or exchange:

• items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition.
• all original tags must remain attached, and the hygiene liner must be intact and unaltered.
• items must be free from makeup, deodorant, sweat and any other marks or residue.
• items must be neatly folded and returned in their original packaging.

when trying on your swimwear, please wear underwear and handle each piece in a clean environment to prevent accidental marks or damage.

pushd reserves the right to refuse any item that does not meet these requirements. items deemed ineligible will be returned to you at your expense.

approved returns will be refunded to your original form of payment. a $15 CAD restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. original shipping costs are non-refundable. items that have been worn or damaged by customer will not be accepted and returned at customer’s expense. customers are responsible for the return label cost.
